    We also discovered propellers when the engineers who were working on the scout plane needed a way to propel the craft mid-air and for long periods of time to gather more info on the battlefield.One of the engineers used a few small wing pieces,and attached them to the engine,which pushed the air backward.

    kit237:I think I accidentally put the comment on another save,but an engineer made a machine that used a cylinder with a piston in the middle to compress the gas until it combusted,at first it was too weak for larger uses,but was later upgraded for use in small aircraft
