It does extreme damage even just being a little shell. Yes, it is layered, it's not a shaped charge, it's just so explosive that it goes every way possible. (Thanks for FrankHorrigan to the wall, I got inspired from him.)

if you want to tolerate my yapping more I have the suggestion to use quartz or even better quartz and ceramic layered together as a case for your shell because that might allow you to get the desired effect

also for more clarification layering is fine for HEAT charges its just the jet focus. (i know you already said its not a shaped charge but if you could change the desciption to ammend the title and that its not a HEAT projectile that would be nice) feel free to ignore all of what i said if you feel like it

your propellant system has promise and im willing to support it if you can use a more seperated design with better propelling and impacting charges. feel free to look at my CHEAT shaped charge for a guideline. Im not forcing you to do anything or change it, but in its current state its not really a defined conventional HEAT charge if you are willing to change the description to more accuratly describe the variation im willing to change my vote.
