Based on miner_sd's "EXOT from nothing" (id:2888589). Uses 0 CLNE, BCLN, or CONV. Generates a decent amount of EXOT in a few minutes. Took around 6 months because of multiple problems T-T

    added a QRTZ recycler, but needs testing to check if it works or not
