EXOT thruster prototype; uses weak PROT source to convert EXOT to CFLM. Some cheating w/ RPEL but hard to get working w/o gravity otherwise. CLNE(EXOT) can be replaced w/ EXOT source of choice. Less EXOT pollution than before!

  If you improve it, it's your idea :D I just like the look of EXOT and wanted to see more uses for it; kinda difficult though :p
