    but now that I think of it, while trying to make a new food source from the new flour they made, a larasian family leaves out a lump of the flour water mixture causing the natural yeast to grow, they bake it and it is much better than normal flour-water bread

    flour is created from grinding the husks of the new grain of the west. when water is added to the powder and then baked it creates a soft, fluffy food with a brown crust surrounding it.
