    @Desty never specified which type of dragon. This is why a small 1 foot dragon has appeared and has set a small portion of the crops on fire.

    also @Unity_Lost, the little borders between states are purely decorational. In-universe, they're like real state borders; You can walk right through them. For us, they just signify the political boundaries of a state.
