I will make a slight correction to avoid a counterstroke from Kit, I dont think he started a war, but he did engage in actions one could see as threatening after the raiding.
-
you made such an idiotic decision that you STARTED A WAR, and required watboi to literally send another order to prevent your actions from happening. that is not democracy, that is as if a dictator suddenly appeared, made said nation pillage and plunder every nation nearby, then the actual government had to spend time, and effort fixing it.
-
kit this quite literally is not a democracy. this is a dictatorship where the dictator changes every two seconds, so even the benefits of having a dictator are negated. if this were a democracy then people trying to change something about a nation would have to agree with others on whether it should be done. instead, literally anyone can change whatever they want about it. and maybe your experience was good, but what about when you interfered with watboi's nation, the Noldor.

Tptnoob1 the Noldor are paying a tribute to you now so leave them alone Xd.
-
It creates greater restrictions relative to...the current lack thereof for the most part XD.
-
i was very happy when the tribe of dwarves i created turned into a FREAKING EMPIRE when i returned
-
whaaaat I never asked to "enslave" them they just had to pay tribute happened all the time in this era

LightningBMW: literally: "in a democracy, many people remain dissatisfied with the fact that their choice had no effect on anything, so lets establish authoritarianism throughout the world". turning it into a 2d nationwide will be much more painful because it will require greater restrictions. unpredictability is the main feature of pccs, its essence is to watch how the seed you planted grows indefinitely

I am playing the Noldor.

I don't even remember the original owners of each nation, to be honest. If you guys could remind me i COULD set a policy in place, but I ran out of room in the desc.
