Version #2 of the CHEAT charge, it is extremely small and has a super high radius to penetration value. It is meant to be a 90mm HEAT-FS round, so feel free to scale your tank armor up if you want to test it against this. (it should mimic the real-world)

    is it possible to make it tandem charge because basic era can be done with a few layers of coal and that completely negates the shell

    I really want to do that, but unfortunately it's extremely difficult when using layered payloads, I would have to do some weird stuff to get it to work. in the future I'll take a look at it
