This is the basic concept of an Air-to-ground engagement of a mobile SAM, such as an SA-9 or SA-6. The missile, whether it has a radar or infrared seeker always follows the predicted path of it's target. This is called "Lead Pursuit" targeting.

    As an fyi, spng cannot be made to move using the old method anymore. For those asking to use it, feel free, but, when you publish a save with these aircraft in it they will no longer move, which is also why I don't update my older saves that feature moving spng.
