This is the basic concept of an Air-to-ground engagement of a mobile SAM, such as an SA-9 or SA-6. The missile, whether it has a radar or infrared seeker always follows the predicted path of it's target. This is called "Lead Pursuit" targeting.

    cool but if you see each frame the missle explodes before contact ,unless the missle is supose to explode before contact.Vote Up

    Actually, missiles do not have to impact their target, they can explode in front to shower the target with shrapnel.
