Uses chilled EXOT to generate negative pressure. The negative pressure causes ISOZ to release PHOT. Then, BIZR reacts with PHOT to create ELEC. ELEC bouces around until it sparks the middle of the core and flows out of the core as SPRK..

    Restarts fine for me. The pressure has to get close to zero before it will be ready to build the core again.
