@ candy-ninja i consider solid TRON cheating, as I do with anything that is immune to pressure and heat. i's like using INST for armor.
-
what the heck is peridot?
-
It would be cool if there could be some pretend peridot in there. Peridot is found in meteors I think.
-
I spent an hour developing a much stronger armor plating. Only one bug which I plan to take care of.
-
It's going to use this (912826) armor on it. That armor's tougher than it looks!
-
I am currently in the process of building a MASSIVE ship, bigger and more advanced than anything I've built before. It will take a LONG time, but I'm aiming for another FP with it.

Perforating the probe showed some merit, but it flooded the probe with so much iron that the whole thing slows to a crawl.
-
then heat the probe. or perforate it.
-
IRL, I wouldn't control what's inside the asteroid. I would just have to cope with whatever I find. And the iron isn't the only thing it eats. After a while the TTAN melts and it gets at the BREL.
-
no there is no iron first. once it fills the probe it only sucks iron. but get rid of that titanium. its blocking the BREL.
