    exactly i noticed while destroying some goo on shot wall, they had 0 life when not in motion but they used life as a timer to determine when goo would dissapear

    u see the goo around wast given a certain amount of life while the goo in the middle has no life thus the rest of the goo fades away but bits without life dont
