    Ok I've fixed it up a little bit, sorry it was so wrong, Wikipedia is so complex when it comes to this type of stuff. :/

    combustion man, u couldn't be more right. and these are properties of Mg when ignited burns with a very bright flame- very hot to- around 996.c when mixed with HCl (hydrochloricacid)
