  How do I change the view mode of the preview of a stamp or of something I'm about to paste in? Example: when I CtrlC+CtrlV some photons I see the preview in fire mode when I'd rather see it in normal mode

  Go into debug mode, then make sure you are in certain view modes. I don't remember which ones, fire / fancy mode for sure have them.

  That's actually intentional, to assist with flood filling in stuff like gradients. (Maybe that's a bad thing to assist with, lol)

  Also I have identified a potential problem where flood fill deco will spread into colours that are slightly different.

  I think it's intentional, but I can't remember why. It may have just been an arbitrary decision I made ...
