why doesnt BUBW have the liquid blur effect that most liquids have?

Endaro: If you mean with MIX tool, no. But you could use the console to change them to something else, then MIX them, then change it back? A bit weird though.

ratio1: particles can only interact with things on top of the stack. That still allows PCLN underneath to see the PCLN on top has turned on/off and adjust itself. I don't believe the behavior should be any different between PCLN and PBCN so you should double check your save to see if there's any difference there.

is that any way to mix solids? (with no melting, so I can mix like ice and wood or embr and goo)

But why in layered PCLN all 2+ pixels are affected?

That's not a fixable issue. That's a core game limitation, only particles on top can be seen.

In layered PBCN, only 1 pixel is affected by SPRK

explosivepowder: tpt.el is poorly documented. There isn't really a list. But you can look on the wiki for elem.property and get a full list there, which has even more than tpt.el.
