Surely, if anything, fixing the elements returns them to normal, if normal is taken to be "how something should be"
My bomb is broken nowz :(
I really loved the compression thing, although it can create lag it has so many possibilities!
You liked EXOT before? o.o; The only difference was that it spawned green instead of blue, which was a mistake on my part because of mistimed github commits. It's not hard to make it green anyway, you just have to heat it up.
...And still, bugs that are used as features that are then subsequently removed -do- sometimes get added later in different form. Does anyone know what the pulsating glow of EXOT was meant to replace? :(
What was it meant to replace? I don't really get it to be honest :/
Oh and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add compression in some form :(
EXOT's pulsating glow is actually a replacement for the old overflow error when people used console to set the values of light-up elements extremely high, like liquid crystal.
When the values dropped, the elements would flash on and off in a glow pattern very much like EXOT, and continue in a loop that people used to make stoplights and things.
People were upset when it was removed. I wonder if anyone notices it was replaced. :P
Oh, I think that was before I was on powder toy, because I never saw anything like that :P
This is already a solid no, particle compression is already a code nightmare to be, and the developers have enough compatibility to sweat over.
..Also, the whole reason for why EXOT's duplication was made faster, is because the original speed was only a compromise due to issues with full-speed duplication in an element without a toggle mode.
The original speed worked if you didn't mind sitting around for half an hour, which wouldn't work in most saves with a large number of particles because of unintentioned lag. :P
