It turns out you don't need to pay $1.99 to get this app; since it's open-source, you can use http://macbuildserver.com/lite/ to compile and install it yourself! -

It works off a port that is blocked by many company/school networks. Try it on a network that doesn't do any firewalls or port blocking. (And no, I haven't gotten it to work yet, but I've helped someone else do it that way)
