    I mainly meant this donations for the server, plug-ins etc. but if we did make it then it would be up to Simon as to what he would do with it.

    Agreement contract? For what use? To my knowledge this is open-source software.

    Did you read the part about "allow all donations to go to Simon for development." part? Development meaning server work and all that stuff. And the contract thing is just to be a terms thing. Letting the donations go to the server. Not saying profit.

    If you really meant server costs you would have written that, you meant that he should get paid for the work he puts into powder toy.

    Ahh, Sorry if I made it mis-understandable. Yeah I meant server costs, hosting, and what ever the development needs.

    Well this thread doesn't need to be open anymore so I will lock it. If Simon or Lockheed want to make one then they can but this no longer needs to go on.
