    I agree. It isn't very good. If anything else that I consider no harm to anyone and completely decent is locked,

    ief015 is locking all groups, but appearantly he will unlock them once there is a group subforum, i may be wrong however.

    Bans were a little harsh, so I removed the bans for the groups. But they have been locked (For Now until we figure something out). If I find a group that has barely any meaning (example https://powdertoy.co.uk/Discussions/Thread/View.html?Thread=6251 ), it will be a bannable offense as it is spam.
