Powder Toy scripting - Just standard C?

Yeah. HTML is for text markup. This is what M means. HyperText Markup Language
It's like XML. Only meant for marking up text. Maybe VB(it's online as well) and/or JS.
Maybe something like..

I meant with combo with JavaScript....Like for buttons and stuff....It's hard to do JavaScript without HTML... -
Uh..
I thought of a standalone program that is with VB(is capable of internets usage)
That gives easy GUIs so I can make them. (C is TOO HARD for a gui, imo)
