Isn't there a way to install libssl1.1 (or openssl 1.1) on Linux Mint? I know you can simply get the openssl 1.1 package from the official repo on OpenSUSE and Fedora, it'd be surprising if neither Ubuntu nor Mint repos had it.

Maybe you could try installing the "libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2.17_amd64.deb" from the Ubuntu archive and see if it works for the time being. http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/o/openssl/?C=M;O=A

I'm on Debian Testing, and have both libssl 1.1 and 3.0 installed. I'm not sure if it is possible on all distros to do this, though.

When Debian Testing removes libssl 1.1, or when enough people start migrating to 3.0-only distros, I'll switch this mod to 3.0. I haven't upgraded the libs in forever.

A blue screen led me here, it says "Unhandled c++ exception: std: bad_alloc [...] An unrecoverable fault has occurred, please report this to jacob1: [...] OR the built in bug reporter."

Before it happened I had two mods. Fan elements and UI for Android. I tried pasting an insl collection of lines and doodles after I downloaded those, and it led me here. I was logged in. The save I was in was the default entering one, with nothing else inside. The blue screen says it will restart the game by itself but it is not, and I don't know what will happen if I close it out. This is from an Android device, too. If this detail is important, before pasting, I rescanned and removed some copies from my paste folder. I also made a little more local saves if it has anything to do with it at all.

    Version 54.0 Released!

    Version 54.0 2023-09-15
    • Update to script manager 3.13 and tptmp v2.0.33
    • Allow using element names for any integer field in PROP tool
    • Proper ctrl+x support in textboxes
    • Fix improper front page display when you begin searching before front page finishes loading
    • Adjust tooltips on vote buttons
    • Fix ambient air temp from stamps overwriting preference value
    • Fix mod feature that allows you to embed Lua code in saves
    • Fix Lua scripts being unable to change DMND's type
    • Implement gfx.setClipRect

This update has a lot of bugfixes that have been made over the last few months. Most are minor, so I never did a release, but updating to the new script manager motivated me to update it. Some of the bugfixes are for Lua. I implemented gfx.setClipRect, which I somehow missed during the 97.0 update. I only made very basic attempts to validate this, I'm not aware of any script using it. My mod's codebase is split between two sets of UI code, and it especially doesn't play well with the older one, which handles all particle rendering and some of the UI. Some renderer code was directly writing to the video buffer, I fixed what I can but given nobody uses this api, I didn't want to spend too much time refactoring to fix this.

That is normal, but it's a false positive. The new version of my mod hasn't built up enough reputation yet to be trusted by antiviruses. You are downloading an unknown .exe file from the internet, so the antivirus is just being cautious for you.

You can ignore the warning, it's safe.
