    Binary > BCD encoder update.

    The Binary > BCD encoder is now capable of convertining 10 bits.

    The system has officially tipped the 1000's mark, results up to 1023 being displayable.

    Results under 128 are undisplayable, as I have still not got around to fixing it (it is now 128 not 64 because of a shift I had to make to modify the encoder)
