that's true. but in real life, you can't 'reset' the lives of the towns people. And 'resetting' the reactor would take years in real life. in powder toy, however, depending on processor speed: 0.00000000001 seconds

it is unfortunate. what happened? was it a nuclear power station meltdown and a tsunami (which followed an earthquake)?

Edited: I know about the tsunami, but not certain if the meltdown was in japan or somewhere else

earthquake which caused the tsunami. the earthquake caused the pumps to the reactors to stop working which resulted in explosions and a partial meltdown of 3 of the reactors.

That would just make things worse for the residents. After the earthquake, there is a tsunami. after that, people would think "At least its all over".
Next thing, the power station explodes, causing radioactive materials to rain down over the city, killing more.
how many died, do you know?

over 20 thousand so far. there are still more missing. and if they dont get the powerplant under control, a lot more.

the powerplant is still out of control??? im glad im not in japan. but the japanese are probably wishing right now that they were somewhere else

Edited: I think we better get back on topic. People usually click on 'boiling water reactor' forum link to get boiling water reactor information, not japanese tsunami's and meltdowns. I have a pretty good fireworks display that uses steam from boiling water to generate electricity to light the fuse.

    Here it is:

PS: make sure the coal stays lit. also make sure there is plenty of coal to boil the water at all times. Please tell me how you like it. either by commenting on it or posting in the forum
