I have run some tests on the transistor board, and it turns out the first four pulses are interference, and the sixth is almost always accurate, is there any way to run a circuit that discounts the first five - delay is not really a possibility.

i do not know what you are building but build a 6 position shift register and connect to the 6th position only.  the first 5 pulses will go nowhere and the 6th will go on to do whatever you need it to.

I may not have space, with 2x 8 channels, all requiring 6 cascading flip flops. FPS would fall through the floor as well.

so 16 signal lines?  how much space can you alot to this device?  maybe I can build you something.  actually I thought of something.  you basically need 1 spark for every 6.  There is a way to do that in a very small space.  I actually have something that might work for you.  Here.  id:1559439  if this is does not work I can help with a shift reg.

I know what you mean. Some people join and never post. Others join for a bit, then will go on hiatus and come back when its more convenient.

People that join and never post, shouldn't they be removed by the IMC (Inactive Mouvement Cycle)?
