    I would never jailbreak my ipod. Its not worth it. Like what I said in my last post here. It actually should be made with Apple.
    Incase you did not know, when you jailbreak(which is perfectly legal) you have no Internet,Youtube(which is also Internet, but some people get confused) and no warranty. Not worth $200-like $400 for TPT on one. Unless you like have two iPods and one is old.
    I would not waste or for some "use" $300 on TPT.

    i have many jailbroken ipods/iphone and an ipad, they all work great and better than ever

    Legal, no. Jailbreaking is against the TOS and you are legally bound by a contract, making it illegal to do it.

    what you guys must relse s that there all ready is one in the app store called falling sands just type falling sands into app store and see for your self buyt it cost money

    You can jailbreak. Though not recommended and apple will not help you if there are problems. There are some negative affects to jailbreaking. Search it. I saw some.
