still it still might work when we have like one rep for each state and then so say im rep for sa and then a user called king kong joins aussie powder and he lives in sa he would join the sa group you understand and the groups would have tasks for a project so SA makes control room and NSW makes tanks and at the end the groups project gets put together and make on pig project that would have sa nsw nt tas act and the other states stuff

it wont work, because it would cause fights, using ur e.g. wat if "king kong" had a rank higher than urs? that would cause a fight, cuz ud want to be leader of it and "king kong" would say that he has a higher rank so he deserves it more. and as i sed b4 aussie powder is about working together as a country/continent/island(yes its all of them) not working with you state, and what happens if you the only person in the state, then you have to work on a giant part of the project by urself and it wouldnt be fair, and then other states cant edit the othe states work. -
no not really if one person was on own it would be a normal project for them and the other states would help and as for arguments leader of state has no more prioratys than other members its just that they were placed in state first or there be no leader just the states working together
