Actually I have no idea what happened before which means /me shuts up *x*
@protcom. do you mean in general or for BMN? In the real world a trial takes place in a court of law and is a legal proceeding where the defendant is the person who has been accused of a crime. the procecutor is the Attourney or lawyer who is trying to prove the guilt of the defendant. the defense attourney or lawyer defends the defendant against the charges/accusations and maintains the defendants innocence (not guilty) the judge is the guy behind the bench who presides over the case. He will listen to both sides, review evidence and maintain order and legal precedence. There is a jury (usually 12 people who are considered peers of the accused) who will listen and review evidence presented in the case and decide guilt or innocence on the case. of course I am talking about a criminal case in the american legal system. military trials (tribunals) run a little differently and I am less familiar how they work.
With military tribunals, its almost the sane, except its a board of superiors acting as judge and jury. You may defend yourself a bit, but there's not much defense to be had, usually.
okay then
