You can only run one mod at a time because each are in separate .exe applications. You must combine 2 mod sources and then compile to have 2 mods. See this article for compiling on Windows, this one for compiling on Linux, this one on Mac, and this article to learn how to code. I hope this helps you.

It doesn't work like minecraft, each mod is a separate program, so you can't run them together. The code that makes the mod different is coded into the program, rather than separate files that you can place into the source.

Hey guys! I'm releasing the newest version of my mod today! v2.74 Once I get GitHub running, I'll update to the newest version of TPT.
This update adds apples, apple juice and cider. Also, alcohol in contact with charred wood will make whisky.
