PSA: Everything else.

Hello everyone! It's been awhile since the last PSA, which I hoped it would be the last. Unfortunately, it was not and this will be another!

    Necro

Let me define a "necro" for those calling out necro every 5 seconds. To be defined a necro it must be:
    1. A reply on a thread more than 2-3 days old. Usually one day or 2 isn't much because it's inactive.
    2. If it's dead and reject, don't beat a dead horse. Unless you have a really good automatic accepting point, then no. Just leave it and don't bother making another thread if the current technology hasn't been made.
    3. Even if it's not rejected or replied to end it, don't reply to it or ask a question. Open a new thread if there was no conclusion (Of course follow suggestion etiquette). Also if you need to ask them some, use "Conversations" to message them. No matter what, don't reply to a thread without closure. Simply make a new one.

This should clear a lot of necro calls. Also, all you need is one reply calling out the user's necro post. Adding more to shame them only makes it more annoying. Simple call necro and leave, no replying to them suggesting or continuing it.

    Rejecting/Accepting Elements

If you and others feel the element is not possible or something, please explain why instead of saying "Stooooopppidd!!!". Also past rejections suggested again should be replied with a reason why and the link the thread. And maybe a tip on what to do next time. I'm getting annoyed and frustrated with those replying with asking them to search the wiki or the search bar. Yes, it is annoying with users repeating suggestions, but how about moderating? We have to be insulted, and fill out reports day after day.

Second if you accept the element idea, add WHY!!!??? Saying it's good isn't a complete sentence of why. If you wrote that on a test for a math questions asking the diference of vector differences, saying "One has more degrees than the other" isn't going to cut it.

Third, when we don't want people to keep suggesting the same thing doesn't mean we don't want to add fit to the game, it just means we've heard the suggestion plenty of times before and become tired of it, It doesn't mean it will never be added. Some ideas require a significant amount of thought and work and may be implemented by anyone. If you have a such a suggestion the best idea would be to implement it yourself first especially because it shows what the idea is capable of.

    Reports and moderators

Stolen saves - If you see stolen projects, report it! Commenting "stolen" is not good enough. We aren't bots that spot out comments saying "stolen". Also include the id of the original save because it makes our lives easier. If you do not include it, we will delay and maybe ignore the report! That is your part to give us the original save to identify and compare. You are as guilty as the stealer for not reporting because it's leaving a crime scene!

False reports - False report is 48 hours ban each report now. Anything more than 3 false reports at once is a permanent ban. Please do not be so sensitive and say "Ban him he said shut up!!!!". Doing so will result in ignorance and possibly a ban for you if you continue to do that. Only report inappropriate, long comments that are spam, or abusive. Anything over sensitive such as calling you "noob" is just a waste of time.

Tagging - We can track tags if you have not caught up with us. We WILL ban all extra accounts used connected to you as "Ban evasion". It is not fair to evade capture of something you did. Do not remove abusive tags as we can only track them if they are there!

    Below is the legal stuff:

***We reserve the right to modify/view your account/post/project status if we feel it breeches the common law duties or for any reason and with any tool.***

The post above will be modified once in awhile if we think of something later.

Something tells me you have an upcoming/had recently some sort of test...

Nice, but no new users will read it BEFORE making one of the mentionned above IF someone refers them to this thread AND they choose to click it.
I only viewed this thread because there was a little "new" text next to the thread. Also the Title isn't super clear.

I know it has been suggested alot, but there should be a warning text when a user register saying something like "To avoid beeing banned due to violating a rule, please read <Links to the rules and this thread>"
    ( Or is it already implemented ? ( I never make alt accounts so I can't know... ) )

May I just add the following:

Seriously don't make those comments. I don't care if you facepalm or palmface. It's spam and rude to make those comments. That's a warning before I start banning.
