Question about layering

Is it possible to layer something into more than one pixel of size, like for example, layering a line of 5 pixels of the same type into 5 different coordinates (by this I mean the x and y) at the same time? If there is a way to achieve this, how?

(if my explanation doesn't make sense I'm sorry)

With the PROP tool, you can change x and y for multiple pixels at the same time. This way you can layer entire lines at once.

I'm not very experienced so I'd really appreciate it if you taught me how to do that. I don't make really complicated stuff on powder toy so I only really use the PROP tool to change temp, tmp, tmp2, simple stuff.

Most of the rest of PROP's features are also intuitive. Make two lines of pixels parallel to each other, one above the other, change the y pixels of one line to the same value as the other, and they will be layered.
