Are rickrolls banned in tpt?

From what i can interpret from the rules, no, but it might fall under "offending or insulting a group of people, and it might fall under spam if you constantly tell people "look at this save its really cool" constantly, and obviously; using a CGI script/mod to produce the rickroll is not allowed. My opinion, personally, is that you shouldnt make rickrolls or spread them unless you want people to mass downvote/abuse you. I am not a moderator, and my thoughts on this is more than likely not great advice, but I suggest you ask a moderator before spreading/making rickrolls.

That rule is basically the bigotry rule, it's meant to cover things like racism and discrimination, not rickrolls.
There's nothing in the rules that says you can't do it, but if you link to a youtube video I may unpublish it under our rules against advertising / linking to external sites. -
