    using the video provided i can say he's a bit strange

     

    spamming rainbow penis drawings on a multiplayer addon for a game intended to be child-friendly

     

    so yea this report is at least reasonable but im an average user and haven't witnessed it so ill have to leave the mods and co to do their thing
