Made by melting SLCN and BMTL together.
Reactions
PSCN will conduct to every conductor, except SWCH. (and NTCT/PTCT when they are not in their temperature range)
PSCN is also used as an input for INST, brown-ray PSCN mode for ARAY, and switching on SWCH and Powered Materials.
Put a 1-pixel thick layer of PSCN followed by NSCN to form a simple solar panel.
Generally used to activate powered materials or in diodes.
