Stone is a heavy powder, meltable into lava. Often used for the construction of bunkers, realistic landscapes and shields.
Creation
When lava with a ctype of STNE (appears as "LAVA" or "Molten STNE" in the HUD) is cooled below 709.85°C, it forms stone. Molten rock turns into molten stone under pressure below -9.
Brick crumbles into stone under pressure above 8.8, while rock turns into stone under pressure above 120. Rock also erodes into stone near flowing water:
Molten silicon in contact with oxygen has a 1 in 3 chance of becoming molten stone:

Stone reacts with other elements only in its molten form. Molten stone turns into molten rock if the pressure is above 30 and one of the following two conditions is met: either pressure is less than 120 or temperature is higher than 1670°C:
