qwerty1 if you have ever seen "when the wind blows" you would know what im talking about. The fallout area is the place that gets most of the radiation. Fallout is also known as the radiation that travles in the wind.. -

that wouldn't be fallout area, it's still ground zero. Fallout is just radiation, and is usually not destroyed.
