I was playing around with water, and.... Well, I put down C4.... And..... Unpause to see what happens. If someone could comment what just happened, it would be appreciated.

  It does that with everything. Drop something into BUBW (anything) and it instantly turns into WATR, CO2 and a little bit of DSTW. In that case, it's the rapid pressure/temperature change or the FIRE hitting it. +1 so other people can reply if I'm wrong ;)
