    erm danman2626, i think light water is kinda the only choice as water goes... a nuclear reactor cooled by heavy water? well i'll put it this way; heavy water cooled reactor = uranium contained in deuterium oxide. tsar bomba = uranium contained in deuterium oxide... not a good idea... unless you meant plumber's heavy water not chemists heavy water...
