Qrtz conducts sprk... wierd... add air pressure near the qrtz, not too much only ~50 - 100 then when the Lcry lights up, it means it has worked.

    an easier way is just to cool it off a little. Colder QRTZ does actually conduct, yes. This isn't a bug, this is just something that not many people know about.
