Yeah. The thing is. Melt the iron. Then delete everything. Still happens.
:) This might be a bit easy to explain. Because the GOL is moving so quickly, it's like shooting high-speed DEST at a destroyable material; the material takes the place where the DEST once was. This attracts the lava to your cursor. The massive diffusion can allow some of the life to hit the LAVA, making it "teleport" to your cursor.
i find it weirder that the molten iron disappears, seemingly when it would normally solidify. it's acting more like molten life in that regard.
