    I have made some critical updates. the pulse gen has been replaced. the ref and clk ouputs now stay syncronized. also the histo is now indexed by the ref instead of the clk signal.

    it helps to count all the signal pulses. if you miss an output or multiply and output it will show. it is a tester so it checks for errors and variation.
