    I am sorry to say that this needs some work. It's OK I have some randomizers that do not work very good. soo, at full spark rate 203 inputs resulted in only 34 total outputs with numerous paralles outputs. adding all the individual lines yielded 45 pulses. At a very slow spark rate the parallel pulses (the ones that happen at the same time on different outputs) exceeded the inputs. You should keep working on this. good luck!

    You can test it here. id:1476438. coment on that post if you need help. I am going to test it. I currently have some of PTuniverses' randomizers on there. I will tell you what the tester tells me however.
