This device stores 29 bit of data in a single photon. It can send/receive data every 8 frames, but you have to provide the input bits at the right time for that to work. Due to a bug in tpt, it's a little larger than would've been necessary.

    @a_real_genius: DTEC copies PHOT's color onto FILT. (It's not something I did, that's just what DTEC does.)

    I still cannot see how this works at frame-by-frame. There is something with that DTEC... X/
