NEUT/PROT cannons that use a seperate lasing system to start a DEUT reaction, which fuels them. Still prototypes. Top cannon has both NEUT and PROT functionality, but at the moment the PROT does not work. Use caution.

    Let me say now that I didn't intend to double submit this, I did once and it said it failed so I had to re-type the whole thing again but apparently the first time went through. the fact that both of them got to fp boggles me, lol. I'll be updating this one though, so yeah.
