Sentinel is absulutely right, the deco tool is written into tpt. you cant! its like your trying to open a box which is acually a solid peice of metal.

you know how you can tell if something's hand drawn? PRESS CTRL+B!! :b nobody has been able to program anything to utilise the deco tool because of how it's writen into tpt. if it uses the deco tool, it's legit.
