One of hundreds NBLE rigs spread among ocean. They supply NBLE reactors of Continentum. The Rig is placed in giant well and is self-powered. Crew lives and works in a small house on the bottom.

    ID:1628976. might need some tweaking to fit in but it should work well. save the controller and the pipe separate so that you can place the controller anywhere. have fun(P.S. avoid puting it near anything that can conduct power or it can blow the rig on something like one of the metal supports)

    I dont't know how to make pump disable if it is not powered. Maybe NOT gate, but there is no space for it. Any ideas?
