Its a fake consept of a super tank that would be used as a mini base and a Tog or one of those huge tanks.

Actually, there was a real tank concept that looks like this one, it was called "Landkreuzer P1000 Ratte".. -

lol.. why is it called an M-4? The M-4 is an american tank.. that is greenish. this is clearly German xD -
