    if you think deeply it is possible.If the machine rips the gluons away from the quarks, which then reform into protons electrons and neutrons, which then form plutonium or uranium based on their energy level, it would work!

    thepowderscientist also came with uranium and plutonium generation from protons quite a bit of time ago. The thing is that most tpters are too much biased on all sorts of politics.
