Yes it is, MEOWS. FILT's ctypes in heat usually are of the form 31*2^x, for all x<=0. However, all those ctypes are 30 bits large. You can set FILT's ctype to any 30 bit number. (at most a little over 1.03B) for example, you could set it's ctype to 536870913 and get a pinkish color.
