    Its meant as a sheild buster of sorts, because it does a certain amount of dmage to everything.

    Everything is pathetic against layered armor. Luckily armor layered with isnl can be killed with ARAY due to the melted TTAN or whatever its made of setting it on fire.

    i found it only does light damage against layered armor. about 3 pixels worth.
